If you missed Gene’s sermon, it is up on our YouTube channel. Great insight into what the city of Ephesus was like and how the lives of the Ephesians would have had to change as they accepted Christ. The church in Ephesus was loved by the lord and he had good things to say about them, but he also had some disciplining to do.
What’s the catch? Jesus is speaking to us as the church today and he has the same call to repentance for us that he did for the Ephesians.
But here is the promise: To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God. Pretty exciting!
